Transforming Lives Together (TLT) is a faith-based charity dedicated to fostering social justice and helping communities across Chester Diocese flourish. In partnership with Chester Cathedral, Chester Diocese, and the national Church Urban Fund, we channel faith into action to tackle pressing issues like food poverty and social isolation. We achieve this by stimulating and supporting church-led social action, from combating child holiday hunger to alleviating adult loneliness, all with the aim of building stronger, more resilient communities. Inspired by the Christian command to ‘love thy neighbour,’ our work is open to everyone from all backgrounds and beliefs, and driven by a passionate belief that everyone, especially those in poverty, should have the opportunity to realise their unique gifts and potential.
